Start your mornings with a leisurely wake up, enjoying an espresso on your terrace as you listen to the waves crash and watch the palm trees dance to the beat of the breeze. Grab your poolside lounge chairs among any of the resort’s 6 different pools, as you’ll probably spend a majority of your day right there. When you need a break from the sun, head to the spa for a relaxing afternoon. You will need that recharge before heading to dinner to one of Cabo’s many fantastic restaurants.

Cocina del Mar at Esperanza is Cabo’s most spectacular place to dine. Set on the rocky cliffs surrounded by the crashing waves, enjoy the exquisite variety of freshly caught seafood as you take in unobstructed sunset views. This spot is perfect for a romantic or celebratory evening. You may even get lucky with a firework show to end the evening.
Sunset Monalisa is the most sought after restaurant in Cabo. An open-air restaurant carved into the cliff overlooking the Bay of Cabo San Lucas with the best view of the famous Arch at Land’s End. Sunset Monalisa presents a culinary experience to those seeking excellence in food and service.
