TASTE OF PARIS

“How do you like your truffles?”

“In great quantity, madame. In great quantity.” -Maurice Edmond Sailland

We looooove food and wine. So of course, most of trips involve amazing restaurants. Because we are in Paris, most (if not all) of our restaurant selections revolved around truffles. We love truffle – and I mean a “forbidden love affair” kind of love. On our first night in Paris, we celebrated with a glass of rosé champagne at Le Bar du Plaza Athénée before heading out to dinner at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. When in Paris, do as the Parisians do… drink champagne and eat amazing cuisine. Oh, and don’t forget to add truffle to ev-ery-thing (when you can).

And no trip to Paris is complete with satisfying our sweet tooth with macaroons and gelato.
